Mission Statement:
Rejoice Always Ministries Institute of Praise and Worship is a Christian and faith- based ministry. Our mission is to nurture, build, equip individuals, and families to worship Almighty God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, Our Redeemer. In addition, our focus is to bring His love to the Body of Christ. We espouse the biblical teaching that man is created to worship God! Thusly, we are committed to teaching the scriptural foundations for Davidic Praise and Worship to the international Body of Christ based on 2 Samuel 6, 2 Chronicles 15, Amos 9:11, and Acts 15:16. God desires to restore the fine arts into the body of Christ. Our curriculum facilitates HIS mission I!!
Purpose of the Ministry
The purpose of the ministry is stated clearly in this scripture:
(Ephesians 4:11-16 KJV)
“So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.”
Therefore, Rejoice Always Ministries Institute of Praise and Worship’s mission is to strengthen, and empower the members of the Body of Christ in the ministry of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ during this “Final Glory of the Church” Haggai 2:9!
History of Rejoice Always Ministries
Rejoice Always Ministries was birthed into the Body of Christ in 1989 in the fellowship hall of St. Matthias Catholic Church, Lanham, Md. by Dr. Nadyne Wilds-Gilbert and Pastor Barry Griffing of Jubilee Fellowship Church, Torrance, California, also co-founder of International Worship Symposium and Zion Song Ministries. In addition, Bob Johnson of Zion Song Ministries, Barry’s sister, Juliette Eyeman, pioneer of ballet in the Body of Christ, and Jennifer Randolph, (DEC.) Psalmist of Integrity/Hosanna Music assisted with the birthing. International Worship Symposium is the organization that spearheaded the global wave of Davidic Praise and Worship and has touched six continents including the Pacific Isles!
Other Praise and worship seminars were held in Maryland. Each conference featured the teachings of worship theology, and scriptural foundations for dance, mime, banners, flags, and processions.
